Global CRM giant Salesforce, located in the US, drives Coimbatore’s digital transformation

Salesforce, a global leader in CRM, reinforced its commitment to digitally transforming India during a roundtable event in Coimbatore. The company aims to drive innovation across various businesses by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation, revolutionizing customer interactions, and unlocking significant business value.
