Arrival at Coimbatore International Airport

Inauguration at Startup Manthan
At 9:45 AM, Chief Minister Stalin proceeded to Startup Manthan, a major entrepreneurial event hosted in Coimbatore. The event was organized to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and new-age business ideas among youth.
During the session, the Chief Minister interacted with young startup founders and emphasized the importance of entrepreneurial growth for Tamil Nadu’s economic future. Avinashi Road Flyover and Metro Project Review
Following the event, at 10:40 AM, the Chief Minister reached Goldwins, where he reviewed the Avinashi Road flyover project and ongoing Coimbatore Metro Rail works.
At 10:50 AM, he officially inaugurated the Avinashi Road flyover, a key milestone in the city’s long-term traffic management plan. This major infrastructure project aims to reduce congestion, improve road connectivity, and provide smooth transit for thousands of daily commuters.
During his address, Mr. Stalin highlighted that such urban transport projects are central to Coimbatore’s future as a smart and sustainable city.
Foundation Laying for Mambalam Flyover
At 11:10 AM, Chief Minister Stalin participated in the foundation-laying ceremony for the Mambalam Junction Flyover, another crucial step towards easing traffic in high-density urban areas. The project is expected to enhance vehicular flow and minimize bottlenecks during peak hours.
Government Arts College Event and Agricultural Initiatives
By 11:30 AM, the Chief Minister arrived at the Government Arts College, Coimbatore, to inaugurate the Uzhavar Ulagam initiative. Concluding his one-day visit, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin returned to the Coimbatore International Airport at 1:15 PM to depart for Chennai.
